I love this store. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always ready to offer advice when wanted. The staff of this store are also extremely helpful, friendly, and patient with a learning bird watcher. So thankful to have to access to this store! Editing to add: I wish I could leave a review each time I visit! Johnna, the manager, makes this store such a welcoming place and never fails to go out of her way for us. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place for bird lovers of all levels to visit and shop.

Great store with outstanding service! The best selection of equipment and feed that I have found. The products are durable and easy to clean and best of all, there is a lifetime warranty for which WBU 100% honors.. I adore the staff and the manager, Jonna - everyone is extremely knowledgeable and they always go above and beyond to assist. I am so grateful to have found this location- it has been my happy place for several years now. I do not know what I’d have done during the pandemic without their curbside service - STELLAR!!

Great & friendly staff. Wonderful bird items for your backyard, so you can enjoy watching birds & squirrels eat & play. Staff is very knowledgeable & they have many options for decore the birds enjoy.

I placed an order for a featherweight seed and suet feeder and high perch hummingbird feeder yesterday afternoon and roughly 24 hours later a kind older gentleman was at my door from the store! He wore both gloves and a mask and kept a respectful distance. Top notch service considering I fully expected it to arrive through a delivery service. Both feeders are of excellent quality.

This is a wonderful store. The owners and employees are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The products they carry are top notch and worth the price. There is an excellent variety of feeders, feed, bird baths and other items to help you create the birding paradise of your dreams! For a fee they will even come out to your place and help you create it! They also have a Daily Savings Club to help you save 15% on your purchases with additional benefits.
